30 storeys is way over the top for Moonee Ponds. Traffic is already a problem. Out of character for this area. Dangerous precedent. This isn't Docklands!!

This isn't the city, it's beautiful suburb with a community and not enough parking. This development will crowd the area and put pressure on infrastructure and schools. Consider the community

Mr Whnne, why was a height limit of 10 levels approved in your electorate but no such restriction applied in Moonee ponds? When it suits you politically you intervene!! This is not docklands!

This is complete over build and a betrayal of the wishes of the local community.

This development is excessive in every way. I am astounded that the panel or the Planning Minister would think this is an appropriate height or scale for this area. Let alone the impact on local infrastructure which is already at capacity. Incredibly disappointing that the wishes of the community, the views of council, and general common sense, have all been ignored.

Stop greedy developers ruining our suburbs. Stop greedy councils from getting more rates. Our streets are becoming more overcrowded and the ambience of our area is being ruined.

We object to such high rise construction.

These developments are changing our suburbs for the worse. Please consider standards must be kept and choking the life out of streets and communities is not the way to supply housing. Create a new Flemington ghetto? North Melbourne overcrowding and problems, look to the past before you destroy the future.
