So ridiculous

who do you listen to - certainly not the community.

I oppose this level of development in my area. It is not in keeping with the neighbourhood. I am also concerned that if this development goes ahead this type of development will not end and the area will become overpopulated and no longer suitable for the many families that live here.

Totally inappropriate in height. Needs more parking too!

This is rediculous and not in line with the suburb.

I protest against the approval for 30 Storeys at the Moonee Ponds Market Site

Densification never helps it only creates more social problems.

Cannot begin to imagine the traffic problems this overdevelopment will cause and how it will affect the local community. It's all about money, Richard Wynne does not consider the community when making these decisions. In our quiet street in East Keilor another unit development has been approved, the units will run down to Steele Creek. We did object, but you end up giving up the fight because you know you can't beat them- the wealthy developer always wins in the end.

This is complete over development. What about infrastructure, schools etc. There's no secondary schools for people who live in moonee ponds now. Try getting on peak hour train.

Traffic is bad enough around here and trying to get a park at the local shops is ridiculous.

Virtually double the size of what was deemed acceptable. Totally unacceptable.

Excessive but form , height absurdly out of character no 30 storey building with in a 5 km radius. Site location inappropriate, infrastructure insufficient. Decimation of Puckle Street precinct.

Too many people crammed into too small a space. It is already crowded in that area. It is only greed on behalf of the developer.

I totally oppose this gross overdevelopment in Moonee Ponds and request that the approval be withdrawn.

I oppose this development. What an absurd proposal given that no other buildings in the vicinity are anywhere near 30 levels

As a resident, I am extremely disappointed with the over-development of Moonee Valley.

Far too high for suburban living. Are we able to sustain such high density living. A terrible eye sore for such a lovely community area.

I support appropriate development, but the height of this building is totally out of proportion with the area.
