Disgraceful difficult enough trying to navigate through Moonee Ponds already. Far too many developments already and a 30 story tower you've got to be joking Stop ruining our beautiful suburb

Infrastructure in the Moonee Ponds area, specifically the Plaza / Puckle St area is already stretched. Total incompetence from the Minister and or total disregard for residents. It's mind boggling!

Please stop... I moved here for the ease of the locality and the community feel - there are too many highrises going up!!

We chose Moonee Ponds for a reason. Old school suburbia. Local. Please don't do this to us. The surrounding infrastructure cannot sustain hundreds of new cars, residents etc. It's too late once it's built.

I've lived in the area my entire life and used to love going to the single story Moonee Ponds market. After that was bulldozed it has sat as a desolate block for decades. Now I'm angered about the proposed monstrosity being built which is too big for the already busy area. Please revise the building plans for this site.

30 storey high is way over the requirement of the local area and will strain the infrastructure in Moonee Ponds

Distroying this area with oversized apartment blocks

I particularly would like to know how our infrastructure ie congested streets esp mcpherson st and the junction will cope with added apartments. It's simply absurd how apartments keep getting approved without addressing traffic. No brains

When will the state government actually listen to its constituents. Enough is enough with over development.

Concerns about extreme traffic and pedestrian congestion this development will create in an already highly contested traffic area.

A 30 Story building in Moonee ponds is overdevelopment by far. This is way out of character for Moonee Ponds and surrounding suburbs. 30 story buildings belong in Melbourne CBD only.
