Please reconsider your decision and restrict the new tower to no more than 16 storeys which is what locals had expected.

A gross overdevelopment with no thought to the congestion already in the neighbourhood. Where are the extra schools? There is no thought to affordable family living also, just small badly built boxes. As seen in the cbd, nothing but dark streets and wind tunnels. An awful development.

Very sad to see this approved

It is a ridiculous height for a residental area. It is a clear grap for cash by the developer and nothing more. They will build this ugly eyesore leave the area & the residents of Moonee Ponds will be left to live with it. Providing a public court yard space for all community use - give me a break!!!. Once the building becomes run down & vacant what then?

Ugly and not sustainable adding so many extra residents in an area where all facilities are stretched.

Ridiculous! Stop the build of such a building! Moonee Ponds is congested enough without this 30floor monstrocity.

I'm pro-development and pro-densification, but these approvals for buildings over 16 stories - going against the councils own Moonee Ponds Structure Plan - that are happening in the MP/AV/Flem-Kens area are not appropriate.

The planning minister doesn't live in the neighbourhood, we do. We as residents that pay our rates should have a say. Not people who do not live in or understand the area. OUr current infrastructure cannot take it.

Please stop overcrowding city suburbs. Develop regional areas. Traffic and road safety is very important concern. This buildings will make this situations worse.

No, No, NO! A building this high is not appropriate for this precinct. We already struggle with parking and public transport, this will make it impossible. Stop this Moonee valley council!

This is disgusting! Already a couple of monster towers there and more being built on old car park They look revolting and ruin a nice suburb

Disgraceful decision, no consideration to community, this approval is totally aimed at developers and money makers, not the local residents.

I object strongly to having a 30 store development in Moonee Ponds

This proposed 30 story development cannot be incorporated into such a small area. It is already congested and will negatively affect the entire shopping precinct.

WAY too big for the area. Please preserve Moonee Ponds prestige & standing as one of the nicest places in Melbourne.

Listen to the residents and LG Mr Wynne and do what's best for Victoria and the people living here, not developers.
