Hi Tommy, there are roughly 700 hard copy signed petitions and another 198 on this website. The volunteers discussed rescheduling the meeting after the holidays. We will post the next meeting on FB and our website as well as send out flyers. Thank you for your support protecting our neighborhoods.

Too many houses with too many cars and DEFINITELY do NOT want connection to Southern Circle. They have outlined things that will negatively impact the surrounding neighborhoods.

Does not fit the coast line and a waste of beautiful rolling space for golf course.

I'm not opposed to developing the property but that seems like a lot of houses I would be ok with bigger houses and lots something like bayou view

Traffic is already very heavy, especially during coastal events & the beach season. This development will make it horrific.

I am SO against this. Please do not allow apartments or stacked homes to be built there on Hwy 90!

I am not happy with the proposed sub division, this will not adhere to the present covenant that exist, I strongly believe this will bring down property values of existing homes. Too many issues have not been addressed, such as drainage, traffic and environmental impact.

I have lived in this neighborhood for 40 years and would NOT like to see our property value decrease in any way. Plus the added burden of the traffic caused by this proposal is unacceptable.

No one seems to mention all the wildlife that will be destroyed also. I have seen protected gopher tortoise burrows there.

Please stop massive developments. Houses, not multi family, that are sizes of current homes in area on reasonably sized lots should be built.

I am opposed to a development with this total lack of disregard to the impact of environmental hazards that would be released from this property as well as the complications of traffic flow, impacts to our overcrowded schools as well as sewer system overload and negative impacts to storm drainage.

We just bought a house on Anniston Ave near the elementary school because of how quiet the neighborhood is with very little traffic. I would miss the peaceful sound of owls, woodpeckers, and songbirds if they were replaced with cars, trucks, and motorcycles in our golf cart community! It would be disappointing to have our retirement home end up in a chaotic thoroughfare. Also, the burden on Anniston Elementary would be too great with student crowding and far too many cars backed up trying to pick up/drop off kids. I say NO to the over development being proposed.

Based on popular demand we ran out but will have more available next week. I added you to the list and will drop one off once we receive them. Thank you!
