too many houses, too expensive, too much congestion already on old south road. Nantucket doesn't need another Essex Road.

Our island is running out of open land...yes, we need afforadable housing but this proposal packs home so tightly together and at such a high cost...End result if Nantucket people will be working for a roof over their head, not a life in a new home

This is way to dense. There is no promise from the developer as to what is affordable. obviously he believes Naushop is affordable.

Build a high density neighborhood on a dump and price the houses for "the working class". Who can afford a $800K house? Not the working class.

This family neighborhood has the unique balance of space, economics & safety which should be replicated not ruined. At the very least the safety of the children must be considered.
