It was not only the size and layout of the lots that drew us to this neighborhood, it was also that we had confidence that we understood what the future held as far as the completion of the development. The proposed changes have the potential to negatively impact everyone who has invested and built here. We strongly oppose Article 53

Too dense, we have zoning LAWS for good reason and they should be changed under dire circumstances only. 60 houses is not dire, it's greed pure and simple.

I have seen and experienced over crowding and overdevelopment....there are other less extreme options. I oppose article 53 with the hopes of supporting the good people on this neighborhood.

This development plan is far to dense. We've seen similar changes in zoning, and we should learn from those experiences.
