We have witnessed an elder care facility being operated out of 107 Lolas Drive. There is a second home being modified for patients on 224 Keith Road, with more to come. The website for this unlicensed practice is “thevirginiahouse.com and so far the owner is telling the city this is “boarding rooms.” Our property taxes continue to go up as the neighborhood is being turned into a business district.
