I do not want an elder care in our quiet neighborhood. Also at Archer Road (corner of Archer and Stonewall Place)there is a house being used as a rooming house. Rent by the bedroom. Don't like it.
Not good for property values. Who wants to live Nextdoor? 157 Milstead Rd appears to be a “boarding house” as well.
This is not fair and hurts so many, in so many ways.
Please investigate and resolve illegal uses in our residential neighborhood.
Yes! 157 Milstead Rd is renting a detach apartment. I am certain this is not legal! When did resident owner’s get to add a detached garage with an apartment above for rent? Neighbors of Maxwell Gardens need to help stop this nonsense from happening in our neighborhood!!

My wife and I do not want a 2nd elderly care facility that close to the one two houses down.
