Very helpful staff and always a go to shop… you can find most things at a great price.

Too many shops being lost in our town. This one must be kept open, it is very much needed by the community.

I go in this shop to buy all kinds of things such as storage boxes, shoes, clothes, wool, kitchen items. Now that Bussens has closed, only place to get cheaper items is The Factory Shop. Sainsburys is too expensive. There is nowhere else locally to get discounted items.

We need more shops like this not less if only they could fix the lift to top floor more people would use it

Please don't close. There are hardly any other shops. I only just realised, after 10 years, that you have an upstairs! By the way. New signage might be a good idea in case I'm not the only one.

Shame nothing seems to last in Mildenhall. Great shop though,

Amazing shop and always walk out with something

We need these shops in the town as there is nothing for men’s clothing only in tofs and if we lose this store it will be bad for everyone as the famous phrase says if you don’t use it you lose it
