This is an absolute disgrace, the people who have worked tirelessly to make Benarty better have been used and cheated by people who don't know know what a close and great community this is.

The park design is great but should not be sited on the area where the very popular community events take place... Fife Counci must work in harmony with the local community and thier needs By protected the event space and drop the selfish attitude.

It's a public park for the kids and our elderly not for the Tories to make money

Don't take away space on the grassed area that is used for profitable events. Make some small changes to the current park to make it more accessible. Take all the bark & mud away & make it an all year round play park. Add a water play feature.

Local people should be involved in any development at the park so that there is consensus going forward.

Why move the park from where it is at the moment? Why are you intent on ruining the joy and happiness for everyone by taking away the events area? This area is what brings in the money for the upkeep for the meadows. These proposed plans just don't make sense and is an absolute disgrace if they go ahead.

The new proposed play park won’t bring more visitor to the park it will only drive people away if it it takes away the open space that the meadies is known and loved for not to mention put an end to the community events which have taken place for years from the miners gala way back when to the more current day events.

Love the idea of a bigger play area but keep it where its is, Rockore and other events held in the field area should be kept there.

All fine and well saying there's gonna be a new park with zero commitment of it fully being built and where the events will be held. Guessing its for a new hut its being moved since the increased usage of watersprots that's great but unfortunately not what the meedies is about.

It's time to pause, rethink and consult with the local and wider Fife community about how to improve the Meedies.

Are the wants of business and local government above those of the people now?! The people of the area do not want this and do not want to lose current play areas or event areas. Their voices must be listened to and acted upon.
