Amazing garage. Amazing people. Difficult to find somewhere as good as these guys and it'd be a massive shame to lose them

There is more than enough student accommodation in the city as it is, personally I think there is a hidden agenda behind all these "Student" flats, I think it may be a way of bypassing planning regs?

Fanatastic garage, as an NHS employee who needs her car, these guys have bent over backwards to fit me in last minute and have always been reliable. Definitely a shame to hear the proposal for the site. Cardiff doesn’t need more student accommodation!

This garage has been part of the landscape and a viable business for many years. I also had a family connection with this this building so would not like to see it demolished and turned into yet more student rabbit warrens !

When are the planners going to put a stop to this student accommodation madness. There are existing developments unable to fill rooms and asking for a change of status. It's just a way of getting around planning regulations without having to satisfy certain requirements. This one is totally unsuited to the location and will jeapordise a successful business

I fully support this business and it’s staff. Cardiff is saturated with student accommodation and there is a new 46 story building being built so this building has no needs to meet nor is wanted by anyone apart from the landlord. Shame on him for putting people out of work and destroying local businesses and the local landacape.
