Keep the Garage, it's needed in the area. There is not enough parking. Student flats would make it 10 times worse.

I use this business and think that a cost benefit for jobs lost against a benefit of student accommodation should result in the seeking of an alternative site for the accommodation that does not result in a loss of jobs.
