Why would they want to close down a reliable and successful family run business to replace it with student accommodation which is not required ? Makes no sense. Good luck Autocraft.

Why do the small businesses always have to suffer for developments. This garage has been here for years and years. I have been going here for well over 12yrs myself. They are a part of the community, and a trusted local garage.
And that's why my signature and all others count.

We depend on them and have for many years
We've had enough of student accommodation in this area
It's no longer family friendly it's strictly studentville and we have had enough
Businesses being pushed out in the process

I agree with everything on a objection list plus personally would struggle to find such genuine place like Autocraft if they would be gone - two years ago other place wanted to overcharge me and repair things that didn't need repair at the time, shortly after found this lovely family run garage, they are friendly, quick, always good value for the job, place that north Cardiff needs!!!
Flats for students are not nessesery there, would be just an eyesore for the area this tall building, let genuine people continue with their business for the customers and their families please!

Cardiff doesn't need anymore student accommodation...Fact. Cardiff Council again demonstrating that they don't care about local businesses and residents, all they care about is selling land and services to the highest bidder to cut their deficits.
