Atlantic Beach Elementary is a pillar of our little beachside community, and would have a lasting impact on our children’s growth and education if closed.

Atlantic Beach Elementary is an incredible school and a core part of our community. The children deserve to continue learning and thriving in the beautiful space that is AB Elementary.

This school represents all of Atlantic Beach and our community. It has been critical towards the development of our children and community culture, as well as a cornerstone of our childhood for many of us who have grown up in Atlantic Beach. Save it now!

I strongly object to this closure plan. It seems unethical, poorly thought out, and to be in the best interest of people who do not live in nor care about this local school. Reconsider this.

Closing ABE would put our children and families and thus our community in harms way. For 80 years, this school has been the heart of our community by connecting our neighborhoods with the common goal of providing an excellent education for our children with strong community support. We have maintained this for 80 years. This should serve as a successful model for all communities to imitate. Closing our school to solve the board members' fiscal mismanagement is irresponsible. Spending over 1 million of tax payers money on consultant fees was irresponsible. Erasing our successful A school is not an acceptable solution to this problem. Find another way!

Disrupting community is not good…

Please save this school! It is a treasure and a gift to all that have attended and will in the future. Our crazy world has lost the importance in so many ways of “family values and tradition”. Please keep this bit of iconic history that is a gem in the history of AB.

AB Elementary is an amazing school and an important part of our children’s development for a better future. Its reputation is strong. You Don’t take away something like that. Use the old Kmart shopping center that entire space is just sitting there

This school is the center of the community. We need to keep it. The

ABE is critical to our home values and our kid’s quality education.
