In matters of this type the first question to ask is if the potential action, if approved, will improve the quality of life in Lansdowne. I strongly believe that the answer to this question is "No". Accordingly, our elected officials should be using the influence of their respective offices to help assure that the overwhelming responses of residents are supported, and this Center is not located in our residential community, and certainly not in close proximity to schools, churches, homes, and other public places. In addition, the lack of transparency demonstrated by those few individuals who will financially benefit from this Center is a good predictor of how those same individuals will respect the preferences, values and concerns of numerous residents who will be impacted.

My daughter went to school right around the corner from this location. This town is one square mile with many children. Absolutely a terrible idea, can't they find an industrial park area someplace out of the way? This community this hasn't recovered yet from the 2008 meltdown? What about our home values?

We need a facility for our youth. This will help reduce the rate of juvenile offenders & potential drug abuse.

While this may be a needed form of treatment looking at how these facilities tend to have the clients hanging around outside and this is not a good look. How about in an open air place instead of a residential area with families and lots of children. People want their home values to grow not decline. Also we don't want vulnerable children having to walk in that area. Help them but Please dont do this Here.

Put this in a business district that is not in a residential area.
