I've lived in this neighborhood for the last eight years. Never in my mind would I think that I'd be renting a home across from a methadone clinic... This is unacceptable and disgusting to have our young children around that kind of environment and people in this beautiful neighborhood of ours. I'm an older woman who does not need this kind of atrocity across the street from my home.

I feel this could be at a hospital. Not in a resident area. We have many children in the area. With no notice of any kind sad for our community.

There is absolutely no need for a meth clinic in this neighborhood. It’s beautiful, quiet, and small. Too beautiful for a black eye that that clinic will bring. Too quiet for the noise of addicts doing what they will to get their fix. Too small to have outsiders come in and fill our neighborhood with exactly the type of situation many have left from to enjoy the county. This is Lansdowne not Kensington and Allegheny. I say all of this not because I lack concern for addicts; I say it because of location, location, and location. It’s simply not a viable location. Schools, community, children, families, and for countless other reasons. Living out here for nearly fifteen years, I can safely say that my opinion should count. The Farmer’s market, food truck events, and other similar events will have a completely different tone if this facility is allowed to come to fruition. I wholeheartedly say no to this clinic.
