We need the choice because not everybody has and doesn't want a mobile phone. Also concerned about 5G radiation.

I am electrosensitive. I cannot use mobiles. Without my landline I would be isolated to the point of suicide.

We need to keep landlines. What happens to emergency services when digital goes down, which it does?

I support the action to keep lsndlines. With an elderly parent with early dementia, they cannot use a mobile, but can recognise how to use the landline still...it's their only life line!

Choices are being taken away at a rapid pace, all for the benefit of the companies and not the customer!

Not only is the copper hardware line more robust, secure and less likely to be lost in an emergency situation, but a hard wired phone does not contribute to the carcinogenic loading of EMF in our homes.

Landlines are vital for our health - we have the right to be free to communicate without electro-magnetic fields. They are completely essential in certain areas where there is poor mobile connection - I live in one. They are vital too for the elderly who often cannot handle new technology.

Radio Frequency is harmful to humans and wildlife. It's time this is recognised.

This issue needs addressing quickly as the health of the nation is in peril with this radiation from 5G masts.
It's very serious and being ignored by the government.

VOIP will be wired, but it till be fiber and it will be an Internet connection, meaning that when the power goes it goes.... Also, if you want your phone to work at night, you will need to keep your Modem on at night time....

We must keep a reliable wired method for communications. It would be really stupid to rely on wireless.
