Boats and wakeboarding need to be on the lake or the community will fall apart and everyone will leave and it’s a form of transportation just wouldn’t work out it would leave everyone unhappy

This can not go through there is little to nothing to do between sequim and port Angeles. Me being 19 just coming out of high school the lake was not only mine but all my class mates safe haven. Tubing, wake surfing, going on a cruise with your buddy’s. There’s nothing more you could ask for if you take this away from us who knows what kids are going to be up to these days. The lake activity’s is everyone’s get away from life, to get your mind of things even if it is just for a few hours. Please this is all we have.

If people kept up with the maintence of their boat docks, they wouldnt have and issue. The winter weather does more damage than the wake from a wakeboarding boat.

Limiting or removing wake boats from the lake because it inconveniences a few of the property owners who don’t enjoy the sport is wrong. Our family has spent many ours enjoying time together on the lake in our boats and we make a point to be as respectful as possible to the other boats and other properties. I think all of the wake boaters do. It would be a shame to change the rules based on a few people not liking the waves created by a few boats. The world has changed this year so significantly that one healthy thing we are able to do together as a family shouldn’t be removed or limited. If the lanes of access in the lake are changed to appease these complainers, I believe they would be a safety risk as this lake is already limited in space and the boaters do a very good job of following the rules and staying a safe distance from each other. Merging them closer together would be unsafe for the boats AND swimmers/surfers/skiers

Ruining childhoods and lively hoods for not only the residents on the lake but this would take away from Port Angeles as a whole.

Wake surfing and wake boarding is a passion of mine. As family of residents on Lake Sutherland I couldn’t imagine this lake a place without boating water sports! Why ban what makes the people happy?!

The last thing this world needs is another slash at people's freedoms. Just because it's time to fix your dock and the estimate hit ya hard doesn't make it a boat problem. Half if not more of the boats on the lake would have to be pulled. I hope this doesn't go through.

My family and I enjoy our local lake for water activities Swimming boating and paddle boarding we have never experienced or witnessed any excessive wave action from boats to other boats, paddleboarders canoes, or shorelines that was any different than a 15-20 mph west wind. Limiting or removing our access to this lake would be wrong just because someone is complaining about to many waves.

If they ban one thing that gives them the opportunity to start banning others
