Save our kids - we need speed bumps on Harvard Street!

I have a 22 month old and a five year old and I fear for them every time they play outside. Cars fly down Harvard Street at all hours in an attempt to avoid traffic at Watchung.

Since Harvard St traffic is mostly drivers cutting thru between Grove and Ridgewood and
Since these drivers are often speeding at times excessively and
Since there are many kids residing on Harvard and
Since safety is a priority be it
Resolved to construct speed bumps
