Jackson Township is seeing a lot more "for sale" signs these days. And it has nothing to do with people WANTING to sell their homes, but NEEDING to. This need has come from the recent organized invasion of people obtaining permits to solicit in Jackson. These people are using these permits to approach home owners about them selling their homes.

While soliciting, these people are telling home owners that if they don't sell now, then their homes will be worth nothing when the homes around them are purchased by these solicitors. This is causing families, like my own, to rush and scramble to fix up their homes and sell it to beginning families instead of giving into the bullying of this organized purchase of homes.

I believe we need to make it known that we are NOT okay with this happening to the homes that our families grew up in.

This petition will show our mayor and governor how much this is affecting their citizens and how badly we need this invasion to stop. STOP allowing these people to obtain these permits and STOP allowing them to harass the homeowners of Jackson and all other towns of New Jersey!!!
