I grew up playing hockey at the Peaks and continue to play there as an old man 2-3 times a week. I would be devastated if I lost this part of my community.

It's a good way to keep kids and of all ages out of trouble and fans to watch they could be doin a lot worse but there's a lot who love hockey and it's becoming a bigger sport

Not only is this an incredibly popular place in Provo for families and students, it is also the home ice of two college hockey teams! Without Peaks Ice Arena, these teams may have to dissolve. Please don't pull funding!

The peaks has been a big part of Utah county for years. It is the only rink in the county. In my years as a patron of the peaks, I have never seen it as busy as it is now. Public skates, classes, and hockey programs are always full. It would be a huge mistake To close down the rink.

Keep it open! So many kids have learned to play hockey here, BYU hockey games are played here and we skate every weekend.

Support this rink. When I played hockey in High School, we didn't have a place like this in Utah County. Everyone that played from UC had to drive to Cottonwood or Bountiful for games. They usually started at very late times. (10 or 11) because we had to schedule around those closer local slc teams.

I have been skating here everyday for the last 17 years. This is my home away from home. It is also home to many hockey teams across the valley. Driving to salt lake for daily training would be devastating. The rink is a popular date night activity for those going to uvu and byu, it is home for the uvu and byu hockey teams. Itis home to MANY figure skaters and skate programs, it also serves as a popular lds mutual activity. I havent even mentioned the soccer patrons. Please re-consider
