I've spent countless hours on the ice at Peaks. If it were a run down facility that is getting shut down with a replacement all ready for everyone it would be one thing but this is a well taken care of, Olympic facility that deserves to remain open and accessible to anyone who wants to try a skating sport.

One of my best friends plays hockey and it is his life. It is the closest rink to us, and is still 40 minutes away! This place means so much to him and all of us friends who support him!

The Peak facilities with indoor soccer and 2 sheets of ice is well utilized by all Utah County residents, and residents of the state of Utah. We need more ice sheets in Utah not less. Please save the Peaks!

I am from Tooele and this would hurt so many kids and break their hearts if the rink got shut down. You would be jeopardizing a lot of kids futures. Right now this rink keeps kids out of trouble by giving them something else to focus on. Please fund this rink. I wish Tooele had one. I have spent many weekends at this rink.

Please continue to support the ice rink. My son played all through high school and I believe the rink provides tremendous value and opportunity to the community. There's already far too little to do around Provo and the loss of the rink would be disappointing.

My son and daughter grew up playing hockey at this rink. To take something away from the youth of Utah is a crime. So sad to hear this news
