This rink serves a large population in Utah County not just Provo. Please look at ways to keep it.

Please keep the Seven Peaks arena open. It is used by many families, Scout troops, church groups, and other groups, not to mention providing an additional place in Utah County where both non-traditional (but widely enjoyed) art and sport can thrive.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. We use this ice rink several times a week. Salt lake county has 3, if anything the county needs another ice rink with how many people there are that use it. The next closest ice rink is 40 minutes away driving. I want to play my favorite sport and it is absolutely stupid that the local government is so conservative that they think it's a waste of money to keep paying for it. There are baseball fields, football fields, and soccer fields all over the county so why can't they keep up at least 1 ice rink.

I'm from Orem , and I've played in the men's league at Peaks for about 15 years, and my son has played youth hockey there for about 5 years now. We've introduced several people to the sport of hockey and we're taken countless others ice skating. This is a beautiful facility that provides services that can't be found anywhere else in Utah County.

My 3 boys grew up playing hockey. They started at the Utah State Park outside rink. It made such a huge difference when the Provo rink was built to help develop their skills with year round access. The indoor hockey program has given a lot of youth a positive influence to keep them busy and out of trouble! Please keep this rink open!
