Save our Hockey Rink

Would like to keep the arena open because it services so many people young and old from 4 counties

Not only will closing the arena hurt those who currently use it, it would hurt those who would never get the chance to use it. Keep it open!

I am Canadian. That being said, it is incredible how important this rink is to several of my peers who consider their involvement with hockey an integral part of their BYU experience. Please do not get rid of it, it is an important part of promoting diversity within this community.

Keep it!! So many memories here!

I love Peaks Ice Arena!

Provo has always been a great playing experience for me love the teams and rink

We love having this rink in Provo. It had given our family the opportunity to ice skate when we wouldn't normally be able to due to distance to any other rink. So many people love coming to this ice arena; it is well-used and there is no replacement for it anywhere nearby. Please keep it here and running!!

If funding is an issue.....then come up with some fundraising ideas to keep it open.....it is worth it.

I go to practice skating almost every morning here- I as well as tons of other skaters don't want to have to commute around 1 hour to Salt Lake City just to continue our sport!

I love this rink! Always went as a child and then still as I got older. I spend time there weekly as I attend my friend's hockey games! And I love the experiences I've had being there and the way it's made me feel.

My son plays hockey 1-2 times a week and it is his passion! We love to go ice skating! Please keep the ice arena!!

There a ton of people who use the facility every day!

I have been a faithful figure skater at the Peaks Ice Arena for 7 years and this rink is like a second home to me. Skating is a huge part of my life and I coach Learn to Skate classes as an employee of the City of Provo. I love the skaters and parents in our figure skating club dearly. We are like a family. Skating is how I express myself artistically and push myself athletically to achieve my goals. Please protect our rink. It is always bustling with people at Public sessions, bringing in extensive revenue, and it promotes exceptional youth involvement programs such as figure skating and hockey. This iconic Olympic venue makes Utah County special and must be protected.

Please save the rink!

This is an important of our community

I took an ice skating class this semester and it was so much fun, the teachers were great and the rink is always clean! Please don't shut down something that sooo many people utilize and enjoy!!

We love the Ice rink and use it regularly. It would be such a loss for our family if this were to close.

I play soccer their multiple times a week and it would crush me if I couldn't do that! Ice skating is also so much fun and there are so many talented athletes that need the rink!
