Padma and Matt i know who is this person and always have issues with any instructors, has no respect and speak behind their back, making non stop false statement to managers at Abbey and Beacontree Heath Leisure Centre but never get successful. She don't realise that the instructors who comes to teach they leave all their personal problems behind, leave their home early to come and teach classes for the members not just for money because they care.

Recently joined because of the ‘gym swim and classes’ - mainly for the classes, to only find out half of the classes have already been cut or are going! False advertising maybe? Not a fan of the gym. Have a small child, and so far the class timetable doesn’t accommodate me. Only one class on a Friday morning works and I’ve been told in a few weeks that will be fine too.

That comment by Matt is so unfair, if he is referring to Laz, Laz is a brilliant Aerobic instructor, the classes I have attended have always started on time and I have never seen Laz or any instructor sneak off, it’s a ridiculous comment by Matt, acting like a big child, and he should withdraw it, we are not hear to name and shame, it’s about this new company Everyone Active cutting classes, I just hope the centres go back to being council run, they were so much better.

Given up with this centre, would not bother if you take classes seriously, instructor yaz arruves late and sneaks of early, they don’t compensate for paying members

Instructor Yaz starting classes late then leaving early to dash for her PT clients, It’s annoying, take my fitness serious, they cut body pump from the classes from 1 hr to 45mins, the classes are design for 1 hr, not working the whole body, given up with this centre, joined Ymca very professional with there classes, all les milk are one hour

I came on guest pass to abbey to try out some classes as my friend is been asking me to join her. I am looking to switch my gym. I am local and near barking. I have enjoyed 2 classes I did pump and insanity back to back. Never felt that challenging doing workout in my own and the sweat I then decided to join however after the session I found out that classes are going be reduced so then decided not to join everyone active. It's a shame that I have to look for another gym where is more classes.

Have frequently come to this gym and loved the variety of classes and personalities of instructors and absolutely apauled to hear many of them are leaving, they are what make the gym and place that I wish to go to, not only for exercise, but as a social environment
