app is a very inclusive program that so many students look forward on joining it's not fair that they might not have that opportunity next year, app kids deserve to have their program stay.

This is a VERY worthwhile program to introduce children to the arts who may or may not have other access either as a future career or even as a wonderful creative hobby or a form of entertainment. Our lives are so enhanced by the arts.

We can’t remove these important programs from our children’s lives. Let’s ask each drama student, teacher, musician what this means to them. Isn’t that what we need to hear?

As a former ndss student and ugdsb staff member I support this petition and its goals to maintain the arts in our local schools. Especially in a rural community, that lacks opportunity for our youth. This type of program is now and always has been very important to the community.

Our daughter completed the app program and wants a career in theatre. Exposure to the arts is crucial for kids that do not fit into stem boxes.

The theatre community welcomes and supports such a diverse group of young people. They all work together towards a common goal and learn the true meaning of teamwork! Please don't take this away from our youth!

Both of my daughters grew from this program, made life long friends and used their creative minds. Marla Spencer (the teacher) is brilliant!

Our kids went to Norwell and all the benefits listed are so valid for keeping this programme alive.
