This is a wonderful dear green space in the centre of Aviemore, enjoyed by locals and visitors all year round.

I can not believe that anyone would allow Planning permission to take away the. Park at the main road aviemore and Build a Retirement home on this green land, holiday makers and locals have enjoyed playing and sledding in this park for years I am Totally against this

Surely Highland Council and the National Park should be doing their utmost to preserve green spaces in Aviemore? Not everyone has a car to venture further into the park.

It's a lovely green space, a real asset to the village, enhances the appeal of the village as you enter from the south. Don't let the developers spoil it as they seek short term profit at everyone else's expense.

This development must not be allowed. Aviemore has had enough development in Grampian Road. The village centre is over run with apartment buildings turning our beautiful Highland village into an over populated town with not enough facilities for the local population far less our all year round visitors.The last decade has seen an explosion of private developments without enough though given community facilities. The Cairngorm National Park must realise this application has to be called in

A rare piece of open land and in a zone/area that is meant to be protected from unnecessary development. Please ensure green area is kept green and for use by local families and visitors.

Can't believe the Cairngorm National Park are actually thinking about allowing this green space to be built on. We recently moved to this area after many years of holidaying in this area and always thought how lovely that Aviemore managed to retain some green space, as over the years so much has been built on. This part is the equivalent to Princes Street gardens in Edinburgh, somewhere to sit amongst people if elderly or unable to participate in active activities; somewhere to sit and watch the world go by or have fun in snow or sun. What on earth are planners thinking about?

Greenspace is scarce in the centre of Aviemore and should be protected at all costs. The proposed erection of luxury retirement flats (aged 55+) provides only for wealthy people which seems, to me, like an unnecessary provision.

This should development should not go ahead. The land is designated open space in Aviemore as Cairngorm Park have stated this. This is the only green space in the village and is there for us and visitors to enjoy and should stay sacred and there for us and future generations to enjoy. Wildlife and protected trees are in this space so leave it alone Macdonalds E I E I NO!!

This is a beautiful stretch of Aviemore where families share time together whether it's sledging in Winter or having a picnic in Summer. Please don't take it away from the community.

Build a lower building on the site of the 'to be demolished' Four Seasons hotel. Residents will still be close to the centre of the village and have a better outlook, rather than onto the main road and railway line. Keeps the green area and prevents traffic chaos at Grampian Court.

Why can't they build on the land already earmarked for building as you come into Aviemore from the South?
