Leave it alone. Sounds like a power struggle with the Park Board ego. Focus your efforts on keeping our parks in top notch shape.

We should be adding more gardens and flowers for the pollinators, not forcing removal of them. Why doesn’t the park board start dealing with all of the harmful fertilizer people are putting on their useless grass.

This beautiful, well maintained garden is doing no harm. A disgraceful decision, Park Board.

I am very disappointed with the Park Board's move to force removal of a most remarkable and wonderful garden. Our neighbors have made an amazing contribution to the community, joyfully creating fun holiday displays that have become a destination for us and our visitors in all seasons of the year. Their contribution to the neighborhood cannot be overstated. I will be very sad if Minneapolis Parks cannot find a way to make an exception in this case, and definitely less proud of my city.

We enjoy this garden all year on our almost daily walks. It is a yard that brings joy to all who walk by.

Jeff and Johan! My girls, Sylvie and Sabina, love choosing you and your garden as a destination for our neighborhood walks. Your garden and all it’s splendor is a huge asset to the neighborhood. Godspeed in fighting the good fight.

Seems absurd to make the homeowner dismantle this garden after so long. It’s not harming anyone.

This garden is a highlight of my daily walks, it is one of my favorite parts of the creek area.

There are so many pressing issues that the Park Board could be attending to rather than enforcing this rule that needs immediate revamping.

I find this garden a neighborhood treasure and notice many people enjoying it as well as many birds and pollinators.

Save the beautiful garden. Save this beautiful garden; A homeowner several years ago in a Frank Lord Wright house with a Japanese garden had the same problem and think Park Board let him keep his garden!
