This facility was not designed as a college campus. What urban planner would approve of this? None that I am aware of.

Additional traffic from students will conjest the flow of traffic on the feeder road between Emeral Parkway and Harvey Road. Concerns are that the increased traffic generated by a new college will impair our ability to enter and leave our homes and will be difficult. Our Neighbors made substantial investments in the surrounding subdivisions for a peaceful place to retire. Unfortunately, this will no longer exist if a new campus is allowed.

Please reconsider the location. This would destroy the peaceful neighborhoods around my home and this area.

So is Bryan not a family oriented city that doesn't mind traffic back ups? People that live in CS think that Bryan is just here for the overflow from CS!! We have traffic problems and we have our own issues with having college students so close to family neighborhoods! Just because CS is considered the "richer" twin city doesn't mean that Bryan should take everything that CS doesn't want. Most of the businesses already go to CS making them making them more money and bringing more money! If you ask me Blinn should really consider expanding to CS, they have the room and the improved streets and living options to accommodate the students!

Has the Board at Blinn considered how much it will cost to restore the old building near our nieghborhood versus starting from scratch somewhere else? At the end of the day they will have an old building that has been left vacant for years and will have upset all of us in neighborhood by adding traffic, noise and safety issues to our once quiet nighborhood and spent tens of millions of dollars!!! Go somewhere else!!! There has to be a better alternative to that old building and the upset that it is causing to our neighborhood!
e just moved into emerald forest from bryan to get away from the blinn traffic. they need to stay in bryan.

I remember when Blinn was at the old shopping center in Bryan off of Texas Avenue and as one of the college kids cutting through the neighborhood, along with hundreds of others, I do not want that traffic and commotion coming into our neighborhoods. We must protect our neighborhoods and keep them family friendly and not allow them to continue to be overtaken, overrun and controlled by the college students. If you want to see the damage caused by students go look at the neighborhood by College Hills Elementary between Dominik and Francis.

Blinn needs to plan on future growth and the Lyntech acreage and location does not provide for future growth. I am a Emerald Forest resident and I ask you to locate in far north Bryan on the Harrison property.

I believe that the Blinn Campus should not be located at the proposed site. The increased traffic will cause a great deal of disruption to the adjoining neighborhoods, cause an increase in traffic that will allow for dangerous conditions for the numerous children who live and play in the neighborhood.

Our family recently relocated to College Station and chose our neighborhood BECAUSE of its distance away from campuses and student rental properties. Added traffic in the area is another disappointment. So much for our peaceful retirement home...
