Dogs deserve better than what they're getting in the FNDC pounds. There's been ample time to bring them up to standard. The fact that they've not been is shameful.

I am aware that arrangements have been made with BOI Animal Rescue to rehome as many as possible but this does not alter the fact that the dogs in your care are not being cared for in a manner that is kind or for that matter lawful.

I am appalled at the lack of compliance with the SPCA basic guidelines. You need to be transparent and follow the guidelines or step down and allow someone else to do it. Shameful behaviour from a Council run organisation.
