We, undersigned, beg you to reconsider your decision to prohibit the organization of
the one of the most successful Dog Shows in Europe, the Luxembourg Dog Shows.
Our hobby and sport unites people in peace from all over Europe. Luxembourg is one of the most international Dog Shows of Europe and known worldwide for its great hospitality.
However, nobody can guarantee that where people come together in great numbers, that now and then it also attracts irresponsible individuals, leaving dogs unattended in closed cars in bright sunlight, resulting sometimes in the know fatal consequences. But what about people leaving dogs in cars while shopping, even for a few minutes. What about parents picking up the children at school and leaving the dog in the car? Will you also close the shops and the schools?
It is not fair that the Committee of the Show of Luxembourg is held responsible and has to face the consequence of prohibiting further shows to be held. It is not fair that hundreds of thousands of dog fanciers all over Europe and even the world are worried that other Governments will follow your example. It is not fair because there is so little we can do and not fair to punish a community for the mistake or irresponsible behavior of an individual.
Dear Minister, we implore you to reconsider your decision and we promise from our side to always look well around and inform friends and visitors attending shows, especially on warm days, to double check cars and never leave dogs unattended in a closed car. We beg you to not punish us for something we didn't do or cannot prevent.

We dog fraternity are mindful of our beloved dogs and keep them cool with cold blocks, wet towels and plenty of water. Please do not prohibit the dog show
Not the Organisator should be punished but the individual person who caused the suffering of animals. We don’t punish an entire nation just because one citizen does something illegal.
As a dog lover and faithful participent to the Luxembourg Dog Show a beg you to reconsider your decision. We all have the same gaol : ban the dogs abusers, not the dog lovers.
Good luck with the petition .We judged at Luxembourg Int Show some years ago . It was a lovely show & we felt great care to humans & dogs by the organisers.
Les organisateurs avaient bien mentionné au catalogue qu'on ne pouvait pas laisser les chiens dans les voitures, ils ont en outre fait de nombreux appels au micoo durant l'exposition. Nous ne sommes pas responsables de la maltraitance qui s'est produite lors de la dernière exposition.
Show must go on as long the dogs are happy. They are trained for this. My Mello is the happiest dog when he knows that he may run a show. So! Get on with it, please?
Please reconsider. The dog show is much enjoyment for many and should not be stopped because of a few bad inconsiderate people who are leaving their dogs in a hot car. Those people should be punished for animal cruelty. Thank you

please let the dog show goes on, it's not fair to punish the responsible dog lovers because of few unresponsive dig owners. l always support the education is more effective than punishment. Please be considered that dog owners and other tourists are looking forward to these dog shows is part of the reasons to visit. regards Mary Ng
