​Save our derby track! Petition to convert approved pickleball courts into a shared-use space​

I went to Soka University of America and joined the South Coast roller derby team in my second year of school. It is one of the most special experiences I have had and the rink holds such a special place in my heart. The fact that we have a space like this in our community is truly invaluable! Shared space is the answer - should this rink be demolished the loss to our community would be tremendous.

Roller Derby has always been there when I needed a community during good and hard times. I really hope this space can be shared to keep the type of sports and athletes diverse
