Too few people can actually drive fast enough to reach the speed limit of 45 mph, adding additional traffic will make it a nightmare.

Please don't build more houses, need to keep some green space for wildlife.

I live across the street from this beautiful club. We do not need another strip mall,or nursing home in this small area. Keep it green!

Thank you William, but as you know this can't stop here. We will all need to band together and attend the board meeting. The township needs to know that we are all against this! Stay tuned!

Green Space is super valuable. Overpopulation of an area us hard on current infrastructure. ... look around at current vacant commercial properties and realize that this is what will happen. Can't collect taxes from vacant properties.

We don't need anymore developments or shopping centers in the area. We need to keep the green spaces and nature and wildlife as much as possible.

Being a local professional we need to keep this course so golf in the area does not go down.

The community has a right to have its say, and here we are! I'm signing the petition and asking that the plan be reconsidered. Land is a limited resource. We need to save what attracted all of us to live here. Only the developers benefit. Please, consider the impact on traffic, displaced wildlife, noise and air pollution, and green space. No more building! Maybe spend the time and money rehab-ing existing properties. SO much better for the community.

There is already a massive Vartan development going in at the corner of N Progress and Linglestown Rd, the LAST thing we need is even MORE people being stuffed into the Linglestown Rd corridor. Traffic is ridiculous on Linglestown Rd as is. DO NOT DO THIS TO US PLEASE.

Thank you for your comment. Be sure when this gets submitted your comment will be heard. We aren't done yet. Once we know that the hearing is on the schedule, we will announce it. We will need voices to be heard that night at the meeting and it is our intention to swap the room with residents! Stay tuned!

Our township is becoming too overcrowded, too much traffic.

To the LP Twp Supvrs: PLEASE reconsider the rezoning of this BRGC land. I've lived in Quail Hollow for 19 yrs and have seen the traffic in the Linglestown Rd/Crums Mill Rd/Progress Ave area increase at least 100% since we moved here. Stray Winds has caused way too much traffic on Crums Mill Rd (a back country road) already. Linglestown Road is a MESS!!! We DO NOT NEED more residential OR business traffic. If my husband and I weren't in our 70's, we would be moving to a "quieter" location. Please study carefully the FULL impact of building a whole new community in this area. I am also tired of people/corporations be so greedy that they have to tear up EVERY open piece of land they can lay their hands on. What about the environment?? What about the wildlife??? Obviously to some, it does not matter!! Thank you in advance for your honest, sincere, and thorough consideration in this matter.

No! No! No!!!! Keep Linglestown Road beautiful. Stop taking our beauty away!!! We moved here because it's beautiful & you keep chopping our trees down for unnecessary development!!! Stop it!!! Stop being greedy.

Please do not approve this. Traffic on Linglestown Road is already very congested. It takes a long time to go anywhere on that road now.
