Save our Community! Keep Blue Ridge CC from being Developed

I strongly oppose the current development plans on Blue Ridge Golf Course. There is already so many empty commercial properties along Linglestown Road, more is NOT needed. There is no need for further retail shops - we have everything we can possibly need within a few miles. Furthermore, our schools are at capacity and cannot handle an influx of more students that will come with more home development, not to mention the congested roads. Please develop this land in a way that can enhance our community while preserving the natural land. It is already incredibly sad that all those trees were removed between Weis and Patton Road shopping plaza just to build an access road. Please stop the out of control development that doesn't seem to have any focus or rationale! Thank you.

Not only will the traffic be horrendous, but the plan will only add more empty stores/shops along Linglestown Rd. I challenge the Township Supervisors to try and drive Linglestown Road even now and notice the level of traffic, but especially at rush hour. Adding more homes/shops will only make the current problem worse. What's wrong with maintaining a decent amount of green space?

No more housing along Lingles town Road.

I happen to like our quiet neighborhood and I feel like it is already becoming overcrowded. Linglestown square was not designed for that much traffic which pushes cars to the side roads. Not sure about you guys but we already have an issue with traffic on these quiet back roads. These roads are older roads and are not equipped to handle more of an influx. Our schools are full as they are, We do not need more houses and there are already so many empty commercial locations. The thought of this sickens me.

Please keep Linglestown the quiet, beautiful small town we love! We do not need more traffic on Linglestown Rd. All businesses and services proposed can be found already within 5-10 mins drive. Low impact senior living is fine - but no high rise apartments! No shops or restaurants!

This club is close to your township border. At the end of the day you have to deal with Rt39 traffic as well. This is going to have a negative impact on us as well as our surrounding areas. Spread the word and share this link!

To much traffic out there already, leave some beautiful land available for human and nature enjoyment. Not every foot has to have a house.

This golf course is part of the community and is special to many people.

I am not sure how a Susquehanna Twp. resident like me holds any sway in Lower Paxton Twp., but I think developing that land is unconscienable.

There's too much developing taking place here and there is no need for this to occur other than collect more property tax. We don’t need a new housing development, we need new government leadership

Linglestown Road is over congested already! I work less than 6 miles away and it still takes me a half hour to get home! NO MORE!!!

Too much traffic on Linglestown Road NOW! If their is an accident anywhere near 81 it takes 45 minutes to get from 322 to Colonial Road!! Keep the LAND Agricultural!!

You will then need to make Lingelstown Rd four lanes and that would be disastrous! Please, I moved from Carlisle because people could be bought and they are ruining that community. Let's also think of the wildlife.
