This is a great course and needs to be kept just how it is as a course now

Just my opinion, if the township allows this, then we, as home owners in Lower Paxton should be allowed to rezone our properties to Agriculture. I want to be able to use my land to grow crop, animals and create a safe haven for our wildlife.

Enough is enough. This once quaint area is becoming a concrete jungle. There is no need for more shops or housing other than pure greed. The animals already have nowhere to rest or forage now that the mountain is being built up at a frantic pace. Has everyone forgotten the good derived from trees, shrubs, plants? We're in effect, hurting ourselves in the long run for convenience and/or greed.

The infrastructure, particularly as it applies Linglestown Road, is incapable of supporting a significant increase in traffic volume. This an ill advised use of this land. Please reconsider.

We don't need more traffic on Linglestown Road. More analysis must be done before the zoning advances.

There is too much traffic on Linglestown Road already, and there have already been too many green spaces replaced with asphalt, concrete and housing in this zip code! Less corporate greed, more sustainable development projects, please!

Please do not rezone Blue Ridge CC, the traffic studies have not been done and we'd be adding close to 800 cars. We don't need another townhouse dev, The assisted living needs to include skilled care, LP township needs skilled care, not independent living. The park is great but the developer wants the Township (our tax $) to take it over and develop it and maintain it. Much work and research needs to be done before any rezoning. Once the land is gone, it's gone. The golf course behind BRCC will be next to cash in on the land.

This is over the top with poor planning jammed packed profit for Triple Crown and terrible for the township. Triple Crown has a bad reputation for cheap building and we must protect our township from greedy developers that will exploit our environment.

I vote no to rezoning this property. the current owner new what they were purchasing some years ago. Current residents do not what the additional traffic nor do we want a revised road traffic plan to accommodate a housing development.

Build a small eco friendly skate park or an organic burial hiking trail. Lease garden space. These projects can generate revenue with out major disruption to habitats and will limit traffic.
