Please stop or at the very least reduce this development. We need green space!

I think the golf course is beautiful and should certainly stay. We definitely don't need any more houses/traffic on Linglestown Road. Horrible Idea!

I knew when Triple Crown purchased both golf courses, that the true plan was to get the land to have more home sites to build. I live off of Linglestown Road, and agree with all of the comments that the road is already near full capacity with what it can handle. If Triple Crown wants to pay the costs of making Linglestown Road 4 lanes, then so be it, but we all know that would not happen.

The community does not need more development that will bring more traffic and congestion to the area.

No more developments, too much traffic on Linglestown Road from the new ones that were just put in.
No more.

Our roads can not handle another development. Tripple Crown just build a massive one off Linglestown Road.

Preserving the natural public space & shrinking animal habitat should be the priority; rather than lining the pockets of individual developers for short term gain

If you have ever driven on Linglestown Road (especially during rush hours) you would know that this road is already OVER it's capacity especially for a mostly one lane road with many unbalanced traffic lights. It is unable to support ANY additional traffic, there are already plenty of houses for sell in the Central PA Area without building additional properties. If you must build to stay in business tear down old houses and build in existing communities.

The outline of the plan will add too much traffic congestion to Linglestown Rd. Also, there is clearly another project underway by the Weiss market.

Traffic is already a nghtmarenon crumbs mill due to new development. Please don't add more!
And if you have to accommodate the traffic!

Like the town needs more housing developments. Keep arguably the best course in the area and one that is a Harrisburg landmark. I personally played the course for 25 years.... And I'm only 31!

Linglestown Rd. is getting to be another Carlisle Pike and Rt.22 in Colonial Park.
