Surely moving the coastal path is illegal, having been in use for over 10-years. Not only that such a scenic coastline is to be preserved!

The south west coastal path is one of best assets, allowing building to start on it sets a very dangerous precedent

I am deeply saddened to think that they would even consider building on one of our coastal paths.....

The erection of the proposed buildings will interrupt the natural beauty of the area. The coastal path which has been there for many years is used by many locals in cornwall I am a local childminder in the area and I would have to walk along the busy main road with the children spoiling the idea of a coastal path walk. Why should a natural beautiful walk be spoilt for the purpose of gaining a metre or so of a backgarden of proposed dwellings. I'm sad to call cornwall home these days with all these buildings going up all around the area taking away all our beautiful views and making newquay into another boring built up area!

This isn't anyone persons to give away. These paths belong to us all and this is one of the most beautiful spots ever. Voted in the top 20 of Europes beaches this is a quick financial gain and the country will be loosing yet another beauty spot.

we walk the path every time we visit, we would be gutted if this path is removed for houses, the wild life will also be harmed, if they have to be built.. more them back and keep our walk way !!!!

The coast path is a place of natural beauty. The cliff has already suffered erosion and damage, they can't be allowed to move the path just so they can a little extra land.

How much of Cornwall is being sold of to make a fast profit. The cliff paths around Cornwall are for all to enjoy what next on your agenda to sell off to the highest bidder, The cliff paths are for one & all not some ones garden,

What a beautiful coast line, would be a great shame to ruin it with a building

Cornwall's coastline is renowned for its beauty and should be preserved for future generations, not ruined for personal gain.
