We are losing to much of our history and this would be another sad loss.

My Family have used this pub for generations, starting with my Great Grandad and I still use it now. SAVE THE CLAREGATE

The Claregate is a lovely place. We had my sisters 30th there, the staff were really helpful and friendly and made it a great experience.

Typical Marstons,look at how succesfull the Dog and Gun is,Micropub down the road is packed,this brewery have not got a clue.just out for the quick buck all the time.Not impressed!!!!

the food is fab, the beer is good, the pub is very relaxed and nice atmosphere. Why the hell would you want to close it????

Marston's promised a re-furb of the Claregate if we had the new Tescos. My neighbours said this would happen and on this basis voted against the Tesco at the consultation put on by Marstons.
This has outstanding character and is in the Tettenhall Neighbourhood Plan (Pages 36-39) and Character Study (pages 10-22).
