My granddaughter Amelia Rupp had 3 open heart surgeries during Zei’s time from Nov 2017 until she was successfully dismissed 7 months later. I can only echo the truth of this heartfelt letter.
The excellence of all of your doctors saved Amelia’s life - she may face another surgery later this year. It is truly frightening to our family to think these doctors would be gone. Almost as if Amelia’s next surgery could be “training”. I beg you to reconsider! Thank you!

Consider if this were your child needing these services and ask yourself “Who do I want taking care of him/her?” Once you answer that, consider every other parent who is looking to you to provide the best care for their child. Our children are our future. Keep them healthy and set an example that they will carry with them into adulthood.

What was Mercy Admin thinking??? This team is vital right now!
Besides, it's admin we need to shrink: While the number of practicing physicians in the U.S. grew 150 percent between 1975 and 2010, the number of healthcare administrators increased 3,200 percent during the same period.
