This is simply ridiculous! It's a pet! Why is this even necessary? People need to mind their business & let these children keep their pets! Good luck!

I grew up raising livestock in Carroll township and it’s a shame there has to be a petition on whether or not we can do this on our private property.

Let them have their damn animals as long as they are being well taken care of. Kids need something to take up their time, especially since they can’t ride bikes in the town without being complained about!!!!

It's heartbreaking to me that in a world when most kids are parked in front of a television or an overly scheduled world, we'd discourage them the empathy and responsibility of keeping outdoor pets. If they aren't a health issue it becomes a fact that it is neighbors just being mean to a child. I hope they sleep at night.

There is a working farm across the street from them and not a single neighbor has complained. I feel they are being singled out for no reason. They have the space, leave them alone!
