We want people answering the calls who speak our particular language - particular to the Highlands and the North of Scotland. People who also understand that the locals have different names for places other than those shown on maps.

Having had first hand experience of calling 999 in an emergency situation and being put through to a non local centre I appreciate the importance of a local centre to aid with locating address etc
