do not shut the bridle ways down because it forces us to ride on the roads and then we lose our horses through accident with cars then us owner lose our horses so us horse riders suffer.

What a complete waste if money why nit use funds elsewhere where they are needed? Listen to you local community, they are the ones who vote you into office!

This is one of the few places local horse and pony riders can enjoy the beauty of the Meon Valley without the constant risk of motorists zooming past at speed. It is peaceful and rural and does not need the addition of stones/cinders or tarmac for true country lovers to enjoy it. A hard surface could both injure horses and provide a less friendly surface for bike riders. pedestrian enjoy the peaceful rural aspect and do not want another hard surface to walf and run upon.Let's keep rural England...please!

Stop the works and discuss with the local users! The countryside can sometimes be mudy that's the way it is, so don't drastically alter the surface of such a well used bridleway.

As a matter of natural justice those responsible for destructive and anti social decisions should be required to consult with those in the locality most affected and who make use of the facility in their normal lives.

As a tree surgeon, I take a dim view of this needless destruction of trees and wildlife habitat. It would be good to think that the person responsible for making this decision is held accountable.
