The use of neonicotinoids is the main cause of Canada's declining bee population. The neonicotinoid family includes acetamiprid, clothianidin, imidacloprid, nitenpyram, nithiazine, thiacloprid and thiamethoxam. These chemicals are commonly used by farmers for their crops, but many are unaware of the damage these pesticides are causing to the human race.
No bees -> no pollination -> no fruits & vegetables -> no animals -> no meat -> no food -> no us.

I spent the entire morning in my garden watching the empty hives and feeling the weight of why I started this. The stories popping up in the comments prove that I am not the only one feeling this loss in my own backyard.

Seeing this grow makes me think of my own garden where the hum of life used to be so loud. It is overwhelming to see so many people realize that our future depends on these tiny creatures.

STOP KILLING THE BEES!!!!
Ban these chemicals now. Why are we still using stuff that kills them off? Makes no sense.
We need to protect the pollinators before it is to late. Everything depends on them and it scares me that people dont see that
Bees are so important! Thanks for bringing awareness to this very important issue!
Bee's are important for the planet'so survival. Our own is also in the balance,I hope enough can still be done to correct the problem.

Keep our bees safe. My garden has barely had any visitors lately and it makes me super worried for the future.
