Primary school numbers are increasing: it is short sighted to close a good secondary school now. This school is very important to its locality.

My husband and his brother went to Calverhay when they were young. My brother in laws two children went to this school and were there when it switched to bca. We want our kids to go there too. We need more Co ed schools in bath. There is a sense of community and history here. We can't let it close

One the best school with the best bunch of teachers who run this school. Closing this school will effect all the schools around bath and why would u close down a school that supports those with special needs soo much?? Other schools in other parts of Bath do not perform well and don't get me started on bullying in other schools and not benifition for those who go to bca. Let's not put families through the pressure of making them travel the other end of Bath to get kids to school. Not to mention the amount of traffic those would add to already congested roads.

More cars on the road as more parents will have to drive children to school out of walking distance.

Closing this school is a travesty. This is a school which serves its community. Wrong wrong wrong!!!

Our community needs a truly local, community based school. Time to take it back from the profiteers and run it for the benefit of the children and their families

Education should be a right & not a privilege and this school should remain in the community.

The area's children and communities should be served by a school and if CLF are walking away from this then someone else should take on the challenge for improving it.

Give this academy chance to improve further. The population this side of Bath need a non-denominational co-ed school. It would be totally unexceptable for pupils to travel further to school.

It's important for the residents of this area to keep this school open.
