Not only save this but upgrade it !! This is the only community centre with these functions in our entire area. With upper clements gone this really is the only event site thats not just nature. Save it and upgrade it so the pool works and the community can use it. EXPAND with the beat possible programs that people who live here can actually afford and use !

Alot of people use value foods as z place to find affordable food for their families, which is in this centre. Also great pizza at an excellent price at the pizza business in this centre as well.

The Basin View Center is home to many businesses that serve the community. Not making the needed repairs to qualify for insurance is disgraceful. The loss of a community grocery store, hair salon, and other small businesses housed in the center will leave a huge void in the community. To say nothing of what the loss of the YMCA will do! There are so few places that promote wellness like the Y does, and helping to keep people active helps to keep them happy as well as healthy. Without the Basin View Center, people in the immediate area are going to have a lot further to travel to obtain comparable services. Fix the building! Don't force the businesses out!

Our community needs this to keep healthy, be active and keep in contact with other people. My husband and I found the pool to be the best therapy for arthritis, pain, mental health, lower blood pressure, lower blood sugars, and cholesterol...we can go on and on about the benefits.

We cannot permit the loss of Basin View Centre. The loss would be catastrophic to nearby residents. For one thing get a grip on the insurance costs.

The Fundy YMCA adds a very vital element to our community. Employment and essential services for physical and mental wellbeing. It is the reason why many people live here. I cannot imagine the community without it!!!!
