we got the call and the trainers are staying for another year. thank you to everyone who signed because we definitely wouldnt have had this much pull without all of you backing us up.

Final supporters
As you know, Glendale adventist medical center has been providing athletic training services to local high schools in the Burbank, Glendale, and Sunland areas for the past 12 years. During the years, athletic trainers have played an important role to the coaches, athletes, as well as the athletic department as a whole. With our knowledge we are able to help you ( the athlete) during practices and game situations with injury prevention, management, and rehabilitation.
Currently Glendale Adventist is looking at their budget for the upcoming 2013 year. With that said they are looking closely at the athletic training program to see if they are able to continue to provide an athletic trainer at the high school.
For all of those student-athletes that have benefitted from having an athletic trainer in their high school please sign this petition and let the executive team know how important it is to you and your future as an athlete to have your athletic trainer on campus.

My son would have been out for the whole season if his trainer didnt catch that sprain early. Keep them in the schools!!
BAD idea to remove them. Who is gonna help the kids when they get hurt on the field???
My daughter relies on the athletic trainer for physical therapy after her ACL surgery. This is essential for the athletes.
Please dont do this. We need our trainer at Glendale High.
These trainers are lifesavers during games. Coaches arent medical experts. Dont cut this funding.
