This petition is to help spread the word that Oswego County Youth Advocate Program (aka YAP) has my support and needs to be placed back in the 2014 DSS budget. Who will fill this gap for the families and youth who benefit greatly from this program? Our families and youth deserve to know that their voice is being heard!
