Nowhere in this city is it easy to park when you have to run in for quick errands. Rates are already sky high. Do not remove the one hour parking As it would hurt too many

Stop giving parking tickets. You guys are leeches. Sick of it. Especially when I'm at hospitals for surgery ass holes.

I work downtown and pay for parking. I tell all our clients how easy it is to eat, shop, and conduct their business. I used to specifically mention the free hour at the parking garage. Unfortunately, cannot offer that to clients anymore.

Everyone knows nothing is an hour long and parking downtown is impossible at best. The parking garages are disgusting with who knows what bodily fluids and smell like they are built on top of a compost heap. Why take the one hour free parking away from those forced to use said garages? If it's not to pay for upkeep of stairwells and elevators don't do it . You already took security guards away years ago quit trying to steal my last buck because downtown is lacking for parking and you can monopolize on it

I have often taken advantage of the one hour free parking in city garages. Great incentive to use these facilities. Please hold the line on this increase

I can understand wanting to have more foot traffic in the downtown core, but what about people who can't walk to go places and rely on their vehicles. The downtown businesses will suffer if there is nowhere reasonable to park. Most people driving downtown are only there for an hour or two.....so why not leave the 1 hour free parking as it is. It actually encourages more spending in the downtown core. People are more inclined to spend more if they are saving even a little bit on parking.

Should be looking at attracting people to the downtown core and not putting up even more barriers for businesses and visitors

I think in my opinion is to keep the 1hr free parking because cost of living is high
and we paid HST which is high which American don't pay but PST.

People have enough trouble making ends meet. The City of Windsor would do well to find ways to attract more people to the Downtown core rather than keep them away by charging them for parking. Are you trying to kill downtown businesses??

Of course why not just another money grab...seems all this city is doing lately. Taken away the things for the kids to do so they get in trouble and making life harder for everyone.
