Businesses need the one hour free parking. Sometimes I go there for under an hour and would appreciate this in return.

I Live downtown and people need to park so they can visit people in apartments and go skating also go to the market in the summer

We can look around the many communities in the county and see how good things can be with free parking. It might only be an hour but it is so helpful and I really enjoy using the garage for the 1 hour free parking.

The only reason i have alot of thing to go do downtown is because of that hour free parking. The students that the core is getting isnt all and end all. Think about citizens too!

Downtown is struggling already , that would give even more people a reason not to go if it were taken .
