Another way this city dissapoints. Maybe you shouldnt have spent $56000 on a fake ice rink no one could even use.

Downtown has very little Parkin as it is, don't ruin it for everyone. It's also currently affordable because usually within an hour you can get something done

I work downtown and it is costly to pay for parking every day. The first free hour alleviates some of that cost.

This is crazy. Keep the downtown core alive with the free parking!! You are going to kill windsor further with this new policy.

I have to park downtown for work. They just keep raising the prices. It now costs $10.25 a day! It was about $7 or $8 when i started in April...

This is super unfortunate :( now when I run to grab food from a place downtown I will have to pay for an hour for only using 10-15 mins of parking very sad :(

Downtown Windsor businesses need this to attract customers. It is a no brainer!

I would not go to downtown restaurants as much. Please keep this free!

One of the main reasons I avoid downtown is the lack of free parking. The city can't be that greedy for money, can it? To revitalize the core , City Hall needs to provide more free parking than they already have.

I use to shop at some of the stores downtown, however with the lack of parking, rarely go downtown anymore. Lot of places I like however if they increase the rates I won't be downtown at all

In a continued effort to encourage retail sales in our struggling downtown area the hour free parking should not be terminated. I believe this helps encourage people to visit our downtown.

The staff at Canadian Mental Health Association are in need of this service as it makes servicing their clients much easier.

Please make FREE first hour parking, and keep charges low for low income residents!

Not good for small businesses that this helped.

Keep free on hour parking to encourage visits to the downtown. Increase on the meters is also discouraging especially at doctors offices.
